Bio

Michael has been practicing law in Calgary since being called to the bar 15 years ago, specializing in business law, finance and corporate governance.  A core philosophical approach to his practice is to build a sound appreciation of his clients’ corporate culture and strategic objectives, allowing Michael to make contributions, where possible, that go beyond the mechanical application of law.
